With over 30 years of experience in the design and build industry, Andy co-founded Curve in 2016 with Michael Potter. Previously he held senior positions with companies such as Maris Interiors, Morgan Lovell and Area – specialising in Business Development and Sales. Whilst Andy has experience in the London market, his real expertise lies in The Thames Valley where he is a specialist in the Regional Property market.

A founding director of Furniture Forum, Mark is one of the UK’s leading consultants in the workplace and furniture sector. With a passion for the working environment and people’s health and wellbeing. He has helped many SME’s and Global Corporates, to create and deliver outstanding workplaces.

Elliott joined in March 2022 after three years at leading manufacturers where he was responsible for servicing some of the largest design and build clients in the industry. He thrives on facilitating outstanding design, procurement, and delivery for our clients.

Ian has over 26 years of experience in the furniture industry is responsible for all furniture delivery & installation within our company, Furniture Forum. Ian continues to want to improve in all areas of Installation and project management and has recently completed his Prince 2 project management qualification..

Carmel is our sales support and project co-ordinator with 15 years of experience within the furniture industry. Carmel’s involvement across all projects will be from product procurement to co-ordinating furniture deliveries working closely with head of operations.

Irma has over 25 years of experience in Finance spanning various industries, she is dedicated and conscientious and was one of the first to join the original team. Irma is a Chartered Management Accountant.

A Business Finance graduate and accounts professional, Chi has gained her experience with large scale international businesses within the construction industry.

Sarah has over 10 years accounting experience specialising in credit control and account management. She is a pro-active problem solver, always with a smile, and an integral part of the Curve team.

With a background in customer services, administration and finance Edie plays a key role in the operations team. Edie is responsible for the implementation of Procore project management across all of our live projects and supports the contracts managers in administration and logistics. With a keen eye for detail, Edie ensures that all of our site teams are supported to deliver our projects to the highest quality and safety standards.

Phil has over 30 years of experience across a variety of business sectors, as both client and consultant, with global organisations and fast-growing entrepreneurial enterprise. Previously to joining us, he was Director of Partnerships at Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading digital venture builder.

Following a stellar career rowing for Great Britain –winning 2 Olympic gold medals and 6 World Championships – he continues to challenge himself with endurance adventures. At Forum James works with our teams and clients to advise on occupational health issues that can promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of employees.

Joe has joined us after 13 years of blue-chip operations in the telecoms industry with O2. This new career direction for him means that he will be involved with all of our projects from product procurement to co-ordinating furniture deliveries working closely with our Head of Operations.
